BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE be sure to read our Booking Policy below.
We love and value your business with us, please note these policies are meant to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

DEPOSIT


Please note that A non-refundable Service Fee is required to secure bookings.
Please note your deposit cannot be used to redeem products if you cancel or don’t show

IMPORTANT NOTICE

. Please note you may not be allowed to change your appointment once booked except for style of same value and estimated duration
.Do not litter
.No pet/No Smoking/No Alcohol is permitted
.we use Razor blades (optional)
.Enhancement spray is part of our service (Optional)
. • Please No additional guests allowed (this includes family members and friends)
.Always be in the waiting seat whilst waiting for your turn
.Know the specific hairstyle or cut you want to do
.Avoid sudden movements in the barber chair for a perfect haircut,

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

Appointments can only be Rescheduled by Admin manually.
If you cancel your appointment by yourself or didn’t show up, you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again or reschedule. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling are not available at Peak seasons. I.e, Month ends ,December,

                       HAIR PREPARATION 
  • Be sure your hair is free of any product, as your hair and scalp will be moisturized after your appointment.
  • Wash off all products from your hair a day before your appointment if you are going to colour your hair
  • If You have dyed you hair black we cannot change it to a different colour
  • If you have any hair loss scalp programs you’ll be advice not to choose specific hairstyles .
